RE-IMAGINING PRIMARY
HEALTHCARE IN WEST AFRICA
EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES - IMPROVING LIVES
We equip community health workers in Guinea and Senegal with digital tools, clinical training, and real-time support to detect, treat, and follow up on the diseases - before it’s too late.
What We Do
Too many low-income communities face inadequate local primary healthcare and escalating transportation costs to the nearest hospital.
Why It Matters
We replace low-income patients’ costly long-distance travel with treatment options in direct proximity to their homes and places of work.
Why It Works
A Big Problem
100M people in the region lack access to primary care services
More than 8M people in Guinea are without access to reliable quality healthcare
At least 7M people of Senegal rural population are unable to afford at least basic healthcare
West Africa’s healthcare system faces significant challenges
Our Approach
Short for Clinique des Oubliés - “Clinic of the Forgotten” - we are a nonprofit health technology organization building the digital infrastructure for community health in West Africa. We partner with governments in Guinea and Senegal to equip frontline health workers with mobile tools, AI-supported diagnostics, and clinical training, delivering affordable, continuous care for non-communicable diseases and beyond.
Leveraging technology and community-guided care
“If the world managed to get a bottle of Coke on every table, we can muster the resources to ensure everyone in West Africa has access to affordable quality primary care”
Our Progress
Our Impact
On track to reach 8 million people across Guinea and 780,000 across Senegal by 2028.
Working with family foundations, government health and commercial impact organizations, our model is built on co-creation - not top-down deployment.
Together With Our Partners
To do this work, we need your support and the support of so many people who care about preserving human life and dignity.
