Our new healthcare initiative at the frontier of community health

Our Approach

We are creating a hybrid healthcare initiative in Guinea and Senegal providing community-embedded telemedicine, home visits, and digital health tools.

Our Mission

If the world managed to get a bottle of Coke on every table, we can muster the resources to ensure everyone in West Africa has access to affordable quality primary care
— Nasser Diallo Clinic+O Founder & CEO

To build a future where every person regardless of income or location can access quality dignified healthcare right where they live and work.

Empowering Frontline Workers

We build capacity at the community-level, by training and supporting frontline health workers - those closest to the patients who need care most.

Reaching Patients

Every day, we expand access to timely, high-quality, and affordable healthcare for those most in need across the most underserved communities.

Smart Investments for a Stronger System

Our model is built on thoughtful, strategic inputs that enable long-term sustainability and health system transformation. By leveraging technology, local capacity, and policy alignment, we ensure that our work is both scalable and deeply rooted in local context.

We provide:

  • Locally developed mobile health tools that are tailored to Guinea’s disease burden, workflows, and language - featuring decision support, diagnostic prompts, and digital patient records.

  • Experienced trainers and clinical mentors who guide health workers through hands-on learning in chronic disease management, maternal health, and emergency protocols.

  • Robust data infrastructure using cloud-based platforms to capture, analyze, and apply health data from the community level up to the national system.

  • A dedicated frontline workforce, including CHWs, nurses, and midwives, who are already embedded in the communities they serve - and are best positioned to deliver ongoing care.

  • Strong partnerships with Guinea’s Ministry of Health, which help align our tools and protocols with national priorities and policies.

  • Support from funders and global partners, allowing us to pilot, iterate, and scale without losing momentum or impact.

How we Work from Training to Treatment

We don’t just deploy tools - we create a continuous care ecosystem where community health workers are connected, equipped, and trusted to deliver high-quality care.

Our activities include:

  • Developing and deploying mobile applications that guide CHWs and CHC staff through patient consultations, screenings, referrals, and follow-up visits.

  • Training frontline workers on how to use digital tools while also strengthening their knowledge of disease-specific protocols—particularly for hypertension, diabetes, TB, HIV, malnutrition, and maternal health.

  • Collaborating closely with government stakeholders to align digital health tools with Guinea’s broader health system strategy, and to support scale-up planning and integration into national health information systems.

  • Providing continuous mentorship and supervision, including real-time clinical guidance and remote check-ins to ensure ongoing quality of care.

  • Collecting field feedback and health data to inform refinements to our tools, ensuring they remain relevant, user-friendly, and effective.
