Clinic+O is short for Clinique des Oubliés, the "Clinic of the Forgotten." We are a nonprofit health technology organization building the digital infrastructure for community health in West Africa, partnering with the governments of Guinea and Senegal to equip frontline health workers with mobile tools, AI-supported diagnostics, and clinical training.
Our story began in 2020, when our founder Nasser Diallo lost his father to undiagnosed diabetes in rural Guinea. The tools to detect and treat his condition existed; the system to deliver them to his village did not. Clinic+O exists to close that gap, because no family should lose someone to a disease a $1 screening could have caught.
What We Do
We equip community health workers in Guinea and Senegal with digital tools, clinical training, and real-time support to detect, treat, and follow up on the diseases - before it’s too late.
Why It Matters
Too many low-income communities face inadequate local primary healthcare and escalating transportation costs to the nearest hospital.
Why It Works
We replace low-income patients’ costly long-distance travel with treatment options in direct proximity to their homes and places of work.
Where We Work
We work inside public health systems in West Africa, with our teams on the ground in two countries.
Guinea
Where Clinic+O began. From a pilot in Ouré-Kaba, we now work alongside the Ministry of Health to cover more than 500,000 people, with a mobile clinic and AI-supported diagnostics launching in 2026. Our goal: 8 million people reached by 2028.
Senegal
Our newest chapter. In partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Baobab Institute, training and screenings launched in 2026 in Dakar Ouest and Khombole. Our goal: more than 780,000 people reached across 21 districts by 2028.
